1.2 Protection from illegal activities
MP 1.2.1

Requirement

The owner or manager shall take all reasonable measures to stop illegal or unauthorised uses of the woodland which could jeopardise fulfilment of the objectives of management.

Means of verification

All woodlands:
  • The owner/manager is aware of potential and actual problems
  • Evidence of response to actual current problems.
Non-SLIM woodland:
  • Evidence of a pro-active approach to potential and actual problems.
